abandoned land/unoccupied land (357)
Abandoned land refers to a piece of property or an area of land that has been deserted, neglected, or left unused by its owner or occupants. It typically implies that the land has been forsaken or relinquished intentionally or unintentionally and is no longer being actively maintained or utilized. Unoccupied land refers to land that is not occupied by any person, is in a state of disuse, or for which it has not been possible to find any person, who by reason of an estate or vested interest, has a right to occupy the land.
