The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations: Citation and commencement 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Subsidies (Appeals) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st July 2003. . In regulation 4 (decisions amenable to review and appeal) of the Agricultural Subsidies (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2000[2], after paragraph (m) add-
(This note is not part of the Regulations) These Regulations amend the Agricultural Subsidies (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2000 ("the principal Regulations") to add to the list of decisions amenable to review and appeal set out in regulation 4 of the principal Regulations, certain decisions made under provisions of the SFGS Farmland Premium Scheme 2003 (regulation 2). That scheme is funded in part from European Community Funds. Notes: [1] 1972 c.68. Section 2(2) was amended by the Scotland Act 1998 (c.46), Schedule 8, paragraph 15(3).
