Territorial Sea Act, 1969 (Cap. 1:51).

The Act delimits the territorial sea of Trinidad and Tobago at twelve nautical miles from the nearest point of the baseline. Section 5 provides for a definition of the baseline, section 7 for a definition of low-water line. (9 sections)
