The Ordinance makes provision for the constitution of the Environment Pollution Control Board consisting of representatives of various public bodies. The Board shall: (a) formulate policies for the control, prevention and abatement of pollution of the environment; (b) suggest measures for the implementation of its policies (sect. 5). (13 sections)
