The Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, with the present Regulation approves necessary technical requirements for the production and trade of plants, propagative material, flowers and ornamental plants. This Regulation establishes quality standards for plant products, according to phytosanitary legislation, particularly for trade within national or EU territory.
