Ministerial Decree implementing Commission Directive No. 95/6/EC of 20 March 1995 amending Annexes I and II of Council Directive No. 66/402/EEC on the trade of cereal seeds.
The amendments concern the purity standards, the cultivation methods and the quantity of harmful organisms tolerable in cereals (according to article 2, point 3 of the present Decree).
