Decree-Law No. 444/91 implementing EEC Council Regulation No. 4028/86 of 18 December 1986 establishing requirements to be met for obtaining incentives for fishing and aquaculture activity.

This Decree-Law amends articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9-13, 17-19 of Decree-Law No. 399/87 of 31 December concerning improvements to be made on fisheries and aquaculture infrastructures. Amended articles specify the requirements to be met for obtaining financial assistance to fishing activity.
