The Law states the legal status, duties, obligations and rights of the Border Guard, established under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with a view to safeguard the integrity of the Estonian national frontiers. Of particular interest the measures be taken in order to guard and secure the state border at sea and on border bodies of water.
