Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 1482/86 amending Regulation (EEC) No. 3717/85 laying down certain technical and control measures relating to the fishing activities in Spanish waters of vessels flying the flag of Portugal.

The provisions laid down in article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No. 3717/85 concerning the list of vessels are amended. In accordance with article 8, a paragraph regarding communications to the national control authorities is added. Finally, in the Annex are amended the additional conditions to be complied with by all vessels except those fishing for large migrants other than tuna.
