Council Directive 85/337/EEC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment.

This Directive shall apply to the assessment of the environmental effects of those public and private projects which are likely to have significant effects on the environment. In Annex are listed the projects subject to this Directive. (14 articles and 3 Annexes)
