Council Directive 89/530/EEC supplementing and amending Directive 76/116/EEC in respect of the trace elements boron, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc contained in fertilizers.

Solid or fluid fertilizers listed in Chapter A of the Annex, containing only one of the following trace elements: boron, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum or zinc and meeting the requirements of the said Chapter A, may be marked 'EC FERTILIZER'. EC fertilizers complying with the provisions of article 1 shall be packaged.
