Commission Directive 93/79/EEC setting out additional implementing provisions for lists of varieties of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants, as kept by suppliers under Council Directive 92/34/EEC.

This Directive establishes additional implementing provisions for lists of varieties of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants as kept by suppliers pursuant to article 9 of Directive 92/34/EC. In Annex are set the characteristics of the varieties and states of expression.
