Decree No. 7/78 regulating hunting activity.

This Decree regulates hunting activity within the Mozambican territory. It consists of 19 articles establishing and defining 3 authorized hunting activities: (1) Hunting for self-consumption; (2) Hunting for defence; (3) Sport hunting. For any of these categories the necessary hunting licence must be provided by competent authorities. Sanctions for unauthorized hunting are prescribed in the text.
