The aim of this Act is to strengthen the financing of if research and development of new techniques and adjustment to environmental requirements of the marine industry. The Department of Fisheries may impose a charge on the exportation of fish and fish products for this purpose. The funds made so available shall be administered by a corporation in which the state owns all the shares. The limited company shall carry out those tasks as provided for in or pursuant to the Act.
