This Decree-Law consists of 6 chapters establishing composition and competencies of Regional Services for Agriculture, Fisheries and Environment. Consultancy Commission of Agrigulture, Fisheries and Environment ('Comissão Consultiva de Agricultura, Pescas e Ambiente CCAPA'), The Regional Council of Agriculture and Rural Development ('Conselho Regional de Agricultura e Desenvolvimento Rural CRADR'), the Regional Council of Fisheries ('Conselho Regional das Pescas CRP' and the Regional Council of Environment and Land Planning ('Conselho Regional do Ambiente e Ordenamento do Território CRAOT') shall be the consultancy organs of the Regional Secretary ('Secretário Regional da Agricultura, Pescas e Ambiente SRAPA'). These organs shall cooperate with regional organizations in order to carry out projects and actions within the aforementioned sectors.
