This Decree approves the Regulation on egg exploitation and trade. It consists of 54 articles and 1 annex establishing all the requirements to be satisfied for producing eggs to be placed on the market (including sanitary measures, packaging and labelling, climatic conditions,egg classification, etc.). Sanctions for illegal activity are established in the text.
