Commission Directive 2000/42/EC amending the Annexes to Council Directives 86/362/EEC, 86/363/EEC and 90/642/EEC on the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals, foodstuffs of animal origin and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables respectively.

The maximum levels for residues listed in Annex I to this Directive shall replace those listed in Part A of Annex II to Directive 86/362/EC for the pesticides in question. The maximum levels for residues listed in Annex II to this Directive shall replace those listed in Part A of Annex II to Directive 86/363/EC for the pesticides in question, Annex III shall replace those listed in Part B and Annex IV to this Directive shall replace those listed in Annex II to Directive 90/642/EC for the pesticides in question.(6 articles and 4 Annexes)
