This Order approves the Regulation for trap net fishing. The Regulation consists of 3 chapters and 2 annexes specifying the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the aforementioned activity. It concerns general provisions; different types of trap nets (for different catch, in particular of crustaceans); minimum mesh to be used; maximum extension and number of nets, etc.
