This Resolution SMA establishes the procedures for the analysis of Environmental Impact Studies (EIA/RIMA) under the control of the Secretary of the Environment (SMA). It consists of 4 Parts defining: Initial Procedures for EIA/RIMA Analysis (Part 1); Review of the EIA and RIMA (2); Project Analysis (3); Licensing (4).
