Resolution No. 3/1 of 2001 defining the environmental requirements for licences for the treatment of meat and poultry lefts by cooking or dry fermenting.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Definition of the production operation (art. 1). Definition of pollutants produced from the industries which process and treat meat and poultry refuses (art. 2). General environmental requirements necssary for the industries destined to treat and process poultry and meat refuses by cooking or fermenting (art. 3). The Ministry of Environment will fix the final environmental conditions and requirments for the abovementioned idustries (art. 4). Indexes 1, 2, 3 and 4 are to be considerd as integral parts of this Resolution (art. 6).
