Decree No. 32.463 establishing the primary and native forest exploitation.

This Decree establishes the primary and native forest exploitation. It consists of 9 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform a sustainable exploitation of the said forests. The forest exploitation must be performed by authorization of the State Forest Institution (IEF), by guaranteeing the preservation of the local ecosystem and forest protected areas.
