This Law establishes the environmental protection and development system within the State of Rondônia. It consists of 6 chapters approving and implementing the State policy on protection, control, management and exploitation of environment. It is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. 1); State environmental development (2); Environmental development policy (3); Environmental and pollution control (4); Offence and penalties (5); Final provisions (6).
