This Order regulates authorization, trade, use and control of pesticides. It consists of 15 chapters and 2 annexes defining the requirements to be met by the said products in order to avoid environmental pollution. This Order establishes the application of this Order; concession of pesticide productions and use; authorized list; information concerning potencially polluting activity; pesticide use, trade, packaging and labelling, etc. Annexes concern the list of authorized pesticides.
