Ministerial Decree implementing Directive 1999/41/EC amending Council Directive 89/398/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to foodstuffs intended for particular nutritional uses.

Legislative Decree No. 111 of 27 January 1992 is hereby amended as follows: Annex I, specifying the groups of foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses for which special provisions shall be laid down by specific Ministerial Decrees, is replaced by the Annex to this Decree.
