Commission Directive 96/76/EC amending Directive 92/76/EEC recognizing protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.
The present Directive amends article 1 of Commission Directive 92/76/EEC the Annex of which recognizes specific zones within the Community as protected zones with respect to certain harmful organisms.
