The present Decision lays down some amendments to Decision 2000/85/EC relative to the imports of fishery and aquaculture products originating in Latvia. Firstly, article 1 designing the competent authority in Latvia for the purposes of verifying and certifying compliance of fishery and aquaculture products with the conditions laid down in Directive 91/493/EEC shall be replaced by the text contained in article 1 hereto. Article 3 (2) in matter of certificates shall be substituted by the text contained in article 1 (2) of this Decision. Lastly, Annex A shall be replaced by the Annex hereto, which contains the specimen of the health certificate.
