The present Regulation lays down particular measures concerning catches and landings of deep-sea species by vessels flying the flag of Denmark. The measures shall apply solely to vessels engaged in fishing activities within the waters and during the periods specified under article 1 hereto. The measures hereby laid down shall be applied by way of derogation from article 3 (1) of Regulation (EC) No. 2347/2002.
