This Regional Decree approves new composition, duties and competencies of the Regional Direction of Agriculture (DRA). It consists of 4 chapters and 1 annex specifying the responsability of such local administration, the aim of which is to promote agricultural production and trade agricultural products, carry out controls on food quality standards, etc. This Regional Decree is divided as follows: Functions and compentencies (Chap. 1); Local services and their responsibilities (2); Personnel (3); Final provisions (4).
