Directive 2003/53/EC amending for the 26th time Council Directive 76/769/EEC relating to restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations (nonylphenol, nonylphenol ethoxylate and cement)

Annex I to Directive 76/769/EEC is amended in accordance with the Annex attached to this Directive. In particular, points 46 and 47 shall be added to Annex I of that Directive listing out the dangerous substances and preparations the marketing and use of which is restricted.
