Commission Directive 2003/111/EC amending Annex II to Directive 92/34/EEC on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.
Annex II to Directive 92/34/EC is replaced by the text contained in the Annex to the present Directive, which lists out those genera and species included in the application scope.
