Ministerial Decree implementing Directives 2003/60/EC, 2003/62/EC, 2003/69/EC and updating Decree of the Ministry of Health of 19 May 2000, concerning maximum residue limits for active substances contained in phytosanitary products in foodstuffs for human consumption, revoking and amending certain uses of phytosanitary products.

By way of implementation of Directives 2003/60, 2033/62/EC and 2003/69/EC, this Decree lays down particular amendments to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 by establishing: (a) the MRLs to be applied to active substances contained in in phytosanitary products and allowed in the foods referred to in Annex 1, parts A, B, C, D and E of Ministerial Decree of 19 may 2000; (b) minimum safety intervals that must be fulfilled between the last treatment and the harvest; and (c) those uses that shall be revoked, without any prejudice to particular exemptions.
