A licence shall be compulsory for the keeping of bulls for stud purposes. Applications for licence shall contain the particular specified by article 2 hereto. Article 3 defines the conditions under which the Director of Agriculture may refuse, suspend or withdraw any licence. Further provisions regard the validity and renewal of licence. The owner of any licensed bull shall keep a service book as per article 6.
