In order to ensure the prevention of spread of disease amongst animals, the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries shall keep a register of farms and of any person who works therein. Movements of animals shall be subject to the permission from the Director (reg. 6). Further provisions regard the report and registration of births, deaths and artificial insemination. Regulation 15 establishes penalties.
