It shall be prohibited to keep, rear or fatten swine unless a licence has been issued by the Director of Agriculture. Swine farms must be licensed as well (reg. 5). Every licensee shall keep a herd-book as required by the Director of Agriculture (reg. 15). Regulation 10 applies to the distance bewteen farms.
