Circular No. 01-1998/11/BNN-PTNT directing the implementation of Decision 1124/1997 QD-TTg on the exportation of timber products, forest products and importation of raw timber material.
The Circular implements clause 2 of Art. 6 of the Decision 1124/1997/Qd-TTg as per the Documentation of origin of the timber in order to grant the Custom Declaration necessary when exporting wood products.
