This Act concerns quartz mining in the territory of Yukon. It contains provisions on the dispositions of mineral rights (Part 1), including licences, licence fees, leases, rights of access, surveys, inspections, offences and penalties. Part 2 deals with land use and reclamation and includes provisions on exploration, planning and inspections.
