Agreement regarding invalidation of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Sakhalin Region regarding the delimitation of jurisdictional subjects and plenary powers between the State Bodies of the Russian Federation and the State Bodies of the Sakhalin Region.

Agreement of 1996 between the Russian Federation and the Sakhalin Region regarding the delimitation of jurisdictional subjects and plenary powers between the State Bodies of the Russian Federation and the State Bodies of the Sakhalin Region must be invalidated from the date of enactment of the present Agreement.
