This Act concerns the keeping, handling, transporting, use and disposal of dangerous substances. The Act provides for its administration and related authorities (Part 2), management and handling of dangerous substances and related licensing (Part 3), special provisions for the handling and transport of dangerous goods (Part 4), inspections (Part 5) and enforcement.
