Presidential Decree No. 142 making provision on the prevention and restriction of noise pollution deriving from road traffic, in compliance with article 11 of Act No. 447 of 26 October 1995.
Pursuant to article 11 of Act No. 447 of 1995, this Presidential Decree establishes noise emission limits with a view to preventing and reducing noise pollution caused by road traffic.
