Ministerial Decree on the interventions, for 2004, covered by the 2004-2006 plan on the protection of aquatic resources within the responsible fishing policy.

This Decree regulates the interventions to be applied in 2004 with respect to the protection of aquatic resources, particularly as regards marine fisheries. Articles 2, 3 and 4 concern temporary fishing bans. Fishing with trawl nets shall be prohibited in all maritime districts on the days specified in article 5.
