Act No. 96 on interventions for agricultural development.

This Act defines interventions in agriculture with a view to strengthening this particular sector, enhancing the agricultural produce, developing agricultural undertakings and at the same time ensuring the protection of the surrounding environment. Such interventions include subsidies and granting of loans.
