Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1863/2004 laying down the marketing standard applicable to cultivated mushrooms.

The present Regulation lays down the marketing standards to be applied to cultivated mushrooms, under the conditions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 2200/96. The standards concern particularly, quality, sizing, presentation, packaging and marking.
