This Act concerns the electricity business in New Brunswick, it covers all issues related to the production and distribution of electric energy in the Province. The Act is divided into the following parts and sections: restructuring of New Brunswick Power Corporation, corporate reorganization, transfer order, New Brunswick electric finance corporation; New Brunswick system operator; electricity markets; regulations of electricity, licences, distribution services, transmission and ancillary services; public utilities board and general.
