Decree No. 1/2003 amending Decree No. 66/98 regulating the Land Act.
This Decree, amends Decree No. 66/98 regulating Land Act No. 19/97. In particular, it sets new provisions for article 20 on registration procedures, and for article 39 on penalties and sanctions.
