Decree implementing Commission Directive 2004/16/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of tin in canned foods.
The present Decree establishes sampling and analysis methods to be followed to carry out the official control of the levels of tin in canned foods prescribed, at the European Community level, by Directive 2004/16/EC.
