The present Ordinance implements various EC directives on the same subject. The application forms for a premium have to be addressed to AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”). Article 4 deals with the requirements of storerooms in order to be authorized by AMA. The text consists of 16 articles dealing with following aspects: sphere of application; competence; processing; storehouses; buyers; contract; ascertainment of weight; sampling; delivery, compound and bringing into circulation, selection of sampling; duty to notify; penalties.
