Legislative Decree No. 55 amending Legislative Decree No. 55 of 2004 concerning the control of classical swine fever.

The present Legislative Decree lays down some amendments to Legislative Decree No. 55 of 2004, particularly to article 3, paragraph 2. The latter deals with the notification to the veterinary service of the competent local health authority in case of presence or suspected presence of classical swine fever.
