The present Measures are formulated to regulate the work for the implementation of authorized administrative license by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (SAQSIQ), the entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus directly under the SAQSIQ, and the provincial bureaus of quality and technical supervision.
