Regulation on permitted mushrooms for turnover or production of mushroom preserves or foodstuffs including mushrooms (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 21).

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 26 Paragraphs and eight Annexes, establishes: the list of mushrooms permitted for turnover or production of mushroom preserves or foodstuffs including mushrooms (detailed list in Annex 1); the list of mushroom preserves permitted for turnover (detailed list in Annex 2); organs of the National Sanitary Inspection which shall decide about the rights of the mushroom classifier; the list of tasks allowed only for mushroom classifiers.
