Chief Executive Order No. 11/2005 instituting the Cabinet for the Development of the Energy Sector.

This Chief Executive Order, composed of eight articles, institutes the Cabinet for the Development of the Energy Sector, GDSE, with the aim of promoting and coordinating all activities related to the energy sector. The Chief Executive Order also defines its functions and internal structure.
